Affiliated Managers Group (Hong Kong) Limited is a private company limited by shares organized under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of AMG. AMG HK is licensed and regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong for Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activity. AMG HK provides financial services, including specified marketing services, in Asia for the following Affiliates:

- Harding Loevner, LP
- Pantheon Ventures (UK) LLP
- TimesSquare Capital Management, LLC
AMG HK and its representatives are authorised by each of the Affiliates identified above, to market their services to clients and prospective clients and to provide client services to their clients. When marketing the services and products of an individual AMG Affiliate or when providing client services to a client of that Affiliate, in each case AMG HK and its representatives only represent that Affiliate, and they are not authorised by and do not represent any other AMG Affiliate in that context.
