Darrell W. Crate,
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Darrell W. Crate joined the Company in 1998 as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and in 2001 became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as the Company's Treasurer. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Crate was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group of Chase Manhattan Corporation focusing exclusively on investment management firms. Mr. Crate received a B.A. from Bates College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
