Nathaniel Dalton,
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Nathaniel Dalton joined the Company in 1996 as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel, became Executive Vice President with responsibility for AMG's Affiliate Development efforts in 2001, and was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2006. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Dalton was an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, including those in the asset management industry. He is the Treasurer and a Trustee of the Tower School in Marblehead, Massachusetts, and the founder and President of Guard Support of Massachusetts, Inc., a charitable organization that provides assistance to units and families of the Massachusetts National Guard. Mr. Dalton also serves on The Focus Consulting Group Advisory Board. He received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
