Separate Account Products

The Managers Funds
The Managers Funds is the advisor to two families of mutual funds, The Managers
Funds and Managers AMG Funds. The firm searches for and selects independent
sub-advisors for The Managers Funds, a broadly diversified family of funds,
from the universe of institutional investment managers. The Managers Funds
employ a multi-variable, quantitative and qualitative process that rivals the
most comprehensive searches performed by institutional investors and their
consultants. The sub-advisors are subject to ongoing monitoring by The Managers
Funds' research team, and review by its Investment Committee. The Managers AMG
Fund family is comprised of various funds sub-advised by AMG's Affiliates, with
distinct investment management objectives, strategies, risks and policies.
ManagersChoice is an innovative asset allocation program offering several Model
Portfolios which invest in the Managers Funds mutual funds. Designed for
investment advisors, ManagersChoice offers a total solution to outsourcing
asset allocation and investment management of client portfolios.
The Firm
Managers is led by Bruce Aronow and John Streur, and has offices in: Chicago;
Norwalk, Connecticut; Philadelphia; and San Francisco. Managers' team of over
30 sales professionals distributes single- and multi-manager mutual fund and
separate account products, as well as a suite of asset allocation solutions,
including products managed by AMG's independent Affiliates.
