Ryan Barrett co-leads Affiliate transaction execution across new and existing Affiliates. Prior to joining AMG in 2010, Mr. Barrett worked in the Transaction Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Barrett received a B.S. and M.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.

John Erickson co-leads the Affiliate Partnerships team, working with Affiliates on strategic matters. Prior to joining AMG in 2014, Mr. Erickson worked as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. for 15 years, most recently serving as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group where he advised asset management clients on M&A and capital raising. Mr. Erickson received a B.A., cum laude, in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Aaron Galis is responsible for all of AMG’s accounting functions, including valuation and accounting policy matters. Prior to joining AMG in 2005, he was a Senior Manager in the Audit and Business Advisory Practice Groups at both Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Galis received a B.S. from Marquette University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the AICPA.

Jay C. Horgen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Horgen was appointed President and CEO in 2019, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2019, and as Executive Vice President, New Investments prior to 2011. Before joining AMG in 2007, Mr. Horgen founded a private equity firm, Eastside Partners, where he served as a Managing Director. From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Horgen focused on asset management as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Groups at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he was a Managing Director, and Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Horgen received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.

Riz Jamal co-leads the Affiliate Partnerships team and oversees AMG’s investments in new and existing Affiliates, including the identification of prospective Affiliates globally, and the structuring and execution of the Company’s investments in its partner firms. Prior to joining AMG in 2004, Mr. Jamal worked in the investment banking groups of Goldman Sachs & Co. and Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Jamal received a B.S. from Boston College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Keitha Kinne is Head of Platform and Operations, leading a team that provides operational expertise to Affiliates across both the U.S. wealth and global institutional marketplaces. Prior to joining AMG in 2007, Ms. Kinne served as a senior distribution and product management executive at Legg Mason (since acquired by Franklin Templeton), and as a Managing Director at Citigroup Asset Management. Ms. Kinne received a B.S. from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Kinne is a CFA® charterholder.

Prior to joining AMG in 2008, Mr. Langille was a corporate attorney with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and then Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Langille serves on the Board of Trustees of the Essex County Community Foundation. Mr. Langille received a B.A. from Colby College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Ali Lynn is Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for managing AMG’s corporate administration, information technology, corporate communications, and global facilities areas. Prior to joining AMG in 2009, she held roles in the global portfolio trading area of the institutional equity business, corporate strategy, and investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. Ms. Lynn received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from each of Columbia Business School and London Business School.

Richard Murray-Bruce is a senior member of the Affiliate Partnerships team, working with Affiliates on strategic matters. Prior to joining AMG in 2018, Mr. Murray-Bruce was a partner at Egon Zehnder, where he led the firm’s Global Asset Management and UK Financial Services practices, and previously was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers’ global energy team. He has an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MProf in Sustainable Development from Middlesex University, and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from New College, Oxford University.

Dava Ritchea is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. She joined AMG in 2024 from Sculptor Capital Management Inc., where she served as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the firm’s Partner Management Committee. Prior to joining Sculptor in 2021, Ms. Ritchea served as Chief Financial Officer at Assured Investment Management LLC (formerly known as BlueMountain Capital Management, LLC) from 2017 to 2021. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ritchea held investment banking and strategy roles at each of Credit Suisse Group AG, Barclays Capital Inc., and Lehman Brothers Inc. Ms. Ritchea received a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Somma received a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as the editor-in-chief of The Legal Information Institute, and received a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College.

Garret Weston is Head of Affiliate Product Strategy and Development, leading a team that collaborates with Affiliates to develop and execute on strategic product opportunities. Prior to joining AMG in 2008, Mr. Weston worked as an investment professional at Madison Dearborn Partners and in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. Weston received a B.S.E. in Operational Research and Financial Engineering and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University.

Tom Wojcik is the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. From 2019 to 2024, he served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wojcik joined AMG in 2019 from BlackRock, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Head of EMEA Strategy, and Global Head of Investor Relations. From 2002 to 2011, Mr. Wojcik worked as an investor at Hunter Global Investors, Durham Asset Management, and Nautic Partners, and as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Duke University, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
